#1. if i had to have a charachter from this book as a friend or sibling i would choose to have the fury (hitler) as my brother beacause i would be able to have alot of money and maybe a high military ranking in the german army. also he would beat up bullies and protect me from mean people. i would enjoy this very much because i could watch him beat people i dont like up and i could help him.

    I think that alake changed the most from the beginning to the end because in the biginning she would not talk or interact with anybody but through the story she progressed and now she will communicate and even learned email she thinks of mopsy as her sister and says she loves her.


   i think the turning point for alake was when she was learning the email and typed in ilovyojopsy because even though she had lost her sister she was beginning to think about mopsy and the rest of the finches as her real family because she had no real familyof her own.

I can infer that Alake was either disabled or very scared and didn't want to talk. She might be scared because of the 5'th refugee that is following them, or it could be because all of the violence scarred her and she doesn't want to talk. I think before the end of the book she will talk or overcome her fear. If she doesn't then she maybe able to talk to people with sign language or a code.
